* Do I have to be a member to order on your site?

We are not a member site. We are a video download site. We grant you access for 30 days to download the movie through a user name and password. You will be making a one-time purchase. There are no recurring charges.

* For DVD orders, how can I order a DVD and what type of packaging do you use?

The packaging is plain. Each shipment has the return address as "AFP." On the outside of the package, there is no indication of the contents for US orders. For international orders customs requires us to state the contents (we usually say "DVD").

* What name shows up on my credit card?

All credit card processes for downloadable videos will be listed as "CCBill.Com."

* How long will it take my order to get to me?

You can expect your DVD order within 1 week. We use US Post Office for domestic delivery.
