We use CCBill Affiliate Program to track and pay all affiliates.   All payments are made through CCBill based on their terms, conditions, and pay schedule.  By joining our affiliate program you are bound by the CC Bill’s terms and conditions as well as Exotic Tales / Arguilo & Floyd Productions.

• Affiliates may not promote any of the ExoticTales.com programs on sites of illegal material, including but not limited to child pornography, bestiality, or hate sites.
• Use only banners designed or approved by ExoticTales.com.  If you choose to design your own banners, you must get them approved by ExoticTales.com.
• ExoticTales.com content may not be used to promote any site not owned by ExoticTales.com and Arguilo & Floyd Productions.
• Affiliates may promote ExoticTales.com sites on AVS sites given that:
  • ExoticTales.com content only be used to promote ExoticTales.com and Arguilo & Floyd Productions sites
  • URLs not be removed from the images
  • The AVS be built with the specific purpose of promoting traffic to ExoticTales.com sites
  • Banners and links to ExoticTales.com sites be clearly posted on the pages where it’s content is displayed
  • The URLs of all the AVSs built using ExoticTales.com content be e-mailed to exotictales.com with a login
• Through CCBill, ExoticTales.com must be able to track the source of traffic at all times, and be able to access the pages where our banners, links and content are displayed, even if these pages are protected by a password (such as a member's section). If the affiliate refuses to cooperate, the affiliate's account will be terminated, and commissions lost.
• Affiliates employing illegal means of generating sales or traffic, or using deceptive advertising methods, will immediately loose their account.
• Credit card fraud will not be tolerated. Every case is reported to the credit card companies and to the appropriate authorities. Falsely generate signups will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and, of course, the affiliate's account will be terminated and commissions lost.
• ExoticTales.com is not responsible for loss due to downtime resulting from complications with hosting equipment, hardware, or technical errors.
• The affiliate is responsible for providing ExoticTales.com with a valid e-mail address to be used for contact purposes.
• ExoticTales.com may deactivate any account that is not profitable without warning.
• In the event that any conditions need to be changed, or new conditions added, ExoticTales.com will post a notice on the Affiliate page. Affiliates will have seven (7) days to become fully compliant with the new conditions. Affiliates not respecting the new conditions will have their accounts terminated, and commissions generated after the new conditions become applicable will be lost.
• ExoticTales.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement or program at any time, for any reason. In any case, affiliates will be notified and will be paid for all earnings generated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined that the affiliate has cheated by violating these terms and conditions.

SPAM Policy for Affiliates

We do not allow unsolicited spam.  If we receive notice that an affiliate has been sending unsolicited spam, your account will be immediately closed and all commission payment will be lost.  We will submit your information to the proper authorities for prosecution.

We do allow mass-mailing if they follow certain guidelines and adhere to the Can-Spam Act instated by the FTC in 2004. (See Details Below)

• Your list must be an opt-in list.
• You must list include a link and/or procedures to be removed from future mailings.  Then you must remove the e-mail from your list within 10 days.
• You must comply with the FTC’s CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (and subsequent revisions of this act). -  Each E-mail must include the following:

Subject Line: All sexually oriented e-mails must contain the FTC’s prescribed words (referred to as a mark) “SEXUALLY EXPLICIT: ” as the first words of the subject line.  It must look exactly like the words listed…all capital letters.

Body of the E-Mail: The exact words: "SEXUALLY-EXPLICIT:" in capital letters must be the first 19 characters at the beginning of the initially viewable area of the email message. The initially viewable area of the message is the portion of the message that is immediately visible to the recipient without taking any affirmative action to view the message, like scrolling down or clicking on a link that leads to the sexually explicit material. Sexually explicit material can be displayed beneath the "brown paper wrapper" area of the email message or be accessible by clicking on a link.

Body of the E-Mail Part 2: The visible area must also include

• A clear and conspicuous notice that the email message is an advertisement or solicitation;
• A valid physical postal address of the e-mail sender.  The recipient must be able to clearly see and read the address. No hidden text.
• As the CAN-SPAM covers both visual images as well as the written word, any e-mail sent to promote Exotic Tales must not have any sexually explicit words or visual depictions in either the subject line or in the viewable area of the message.
• The U.S. anti-spam laws also prohibit false and misleading transmission of information. So please do not use false headers / subject or misleading information within the e-mail.

These terms and conditions apply to all Exotic Tales affiliates promoting exotictales.com sites via e-mail, regardless of the affiliate's country of residence, or the country in which your mail server resides. Also note that the above is exotictales policy and is not by any means legal advice.  You are responsible for your own compliance with the FTC and their rules and regulations.  Please talk to your attorney if you have any questions about the requirements of the Rule.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF EXOTICTALES.COM E-MAIL POLICIES AND/OR THE U.S. ANTI-SPAM LAW WILL LEAD TO THE IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND FORFEITURE YOUR EARNINGS!
